Five of the GlobalPSC’s seven Executive Committee members assisted product stewardship discussions of the National Caucus of Environmental Legislators in September 2011 in Portland, Oregon. In the presentation provided, Scott Cassel examines the evolution of product stewardship and EPR in the US, as well as lessons for future use.
